This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all products operated by CEDARLIGHT LABS LLC, including Copywa and Museme. It's part of our Terms of Service. We keep it short: use our products lawfully and respectfully.
Rights to what you upload
You may only upload or submit content that you own or have permission to use.
- Photos of people: you must have the right to use the photo and the permission of the person pictured.
- Photos of children: you must be the child's parent or legal guardian, or have the parent's or guardian's permission, to upload their photo to Museme.
- Brand and source material: for Copywa, only add materials and accounts you're authorized to use, and respect the terms of the platforms you write for.
What's not allowed
Don't use the Services to:
- Break any law or violate anyone's rights, including privacy, publicity, copyright or trademark rights.
- Create or share content that sexualizes minors, exploits or endangers children, or depicts child abuse. We report such content to the appropriate authorities.
- Create content that harasses, threatens or promotes violence or hatred against people or groups.
- Impersonate others, or create deceptive content such as fake reviews, scams or misleading health and financial claims.
- Create spam or run bulk, automated misuse beyond your plan's intended use.
- Upload malware, probe or attack our systems, bypass usage limits or security controls, or scrape the Services.
- Resell or redistribute the Services without our written permission.
Enforcement
If we believe content or activity violates this policy, we may remove the content, decline or cancel an order, and suspend or terminate the account involved. When appropriate, we'll explain why and give you a chance to respond.
